Why should conductive foam be used for packaging of electronic components?
This is mainly because there is an invisible physical phenomenon "static electricity" in life. Static electricity will cause damage to the components and parts, which will increase the operation burden of the electronics factory.
Anti-static EVA is a closed-cell foam. In the molding process of EVA foam, conductive carbon powder filler is added and formed by molding and foaming.
Features:
1. Excellent anti-static performance: anti-static aging is permanent anti-static, not affected by environmental dry humidity;
2. Excellent cushioning and shock absorption performance: independent and dense closed cells;
3. Excellent electrical conductivity: the electrostatic index value is 104-109Ω/sq;
4. High temperature resistance: flame retardant;
5. Chemical resistance: resistance to organic solvents, acids, alkalis, etc.;
6. No chemical corrosion: no corrosion to components and packaging;
7. Heat insulation, sound insulation, wear resistance, not easy to wear;
8. Good secondary processing performance, easy to shape. Good compression and wear resistance.
use:
Liquid crystal screen production assembly line mobile phone, 3G terminal, computer/especially notebook computer, optoelectronic components, PCB board workshop turnover and transportation of electronic products that are prone to static electricity.
