The main component of the motor insulation paper is polyamide polymer, which can insulate, shield, resist interference, provide high electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, high flexibility and elasticity, and is especially suitable for working in acid and alkali corrosive environments. It is insensitive to moisture, non-toxic, flame-retardant, has strong intrinsic insulation strength, mechanical toughness, flexibility and elasticity, and good thermal stability. It is widely used in generators, transformers, electrical equipment, electromechanical and household appliances.
1. Inherent insulation strength
The motor insulation paper can withstand the short-term voltage field strength of 15~35KV/mm, without the need for varnish and resin treatment. Due to the low dielectric constant of the product, the electric field distribution between the insulating medium and the cooling medium is more uniform.
2. Mechanical toughness
After the calendering process, the strength of the insulating paper will become higher, and its elasticity, tear resistance, and abrasion resistance will be better;
3. Thermal stability
Motor insulation paper can maintain effective performance for more than 10 years even if it is continuously placed at 220°C;
4. Chemical compatibility
This type of insulating paper is basically not affected by solvents and is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. Suitable for all varnishes, adhesives, transformer oils, lubricants and refrigerators. In addition, the insulating paper will not be damaged by insects, fungi and molds;
5. Low temperature performance
At the boiling point of nitrogen (77K), the tensile strength of insulating paper T410, 993 and 994 laminates at room temperature all exceed the strength value.
6. Not sensitive to moisture
When the relative humidity is 90%, the dielectric strength of the insulating paper is 80% of the completely dry condition, and many mechanical properties are improved.
7. Radiation resistance
Even if there is ionizing radiation of up to 800 trillion electrons, the insulating paper is basically not affected, and maintains its mechanical and electrical properties after 8 radiations;
8. Non-toxic, high temperature resistant
Motor insulation paper will not have any adverse effects on people or animals. Moreover, it will not be melted at high temperatures, nor will it become a combustion aid. At 220°C, the oxygen limit index (LOI) is greater than 20.8 (the combustion threshold of the general gap), so it will not burn.
